Reebok website will not allow negative review
Reebok does not permit negative reviews. I fill in all the blanks and it won't process. I guess that is one way to keep reviews high for its products

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! Ordered shoes from reebok received adidas all black rugby shorts! took 10 days for this to orginally come they arranged an exchange and it has now been 2 weeks, still no shoes, no update on my order what so ever! Customer service were really rude wouldn't even send the new items with express delivery even though it was there fault! Little to no apology given. Some options they gave me were could you look for the shoes in your local area and we could refund after they received the shorts back! Disgraceful!

Poor quality of shoes
I bought a pair of shoes 4 months back. I use the shoes for normal wear and running. The shoes are starting to tear from the neck of the shoe. This part of the shoe never even comes in contact with any surface. I contacted the customer service but they stated the company policy of 90 days of warranty. They didn’t even agree for a repair.
I didnt invest 4k for a pair of shoes that would last for 90 days. This is the worst shoe company. I am never going to buy a reebok product ever again.

Breaking the Law
This Company are theives and breaking the law, I bought a pair of trainers size 9, which are to small for me, the site forces you to pick both feet size independantly but they then state this is personalisation which means you cant send them back

Worst Customer Service
I am having the exact same problem now three times. The customer service is awful overall always getting a new person. After the second time of cancelled order, not by me, I even was given a voucher for 50% off by Reebok to order again. The 3rd order went through only to wake the next day to the same preparing to ship and it is out of stock. One customer service agent even connected with the warehouse and found out the pair I wanted was definitely in stock and it is not a low stock issue. There is also a communication issue between customer service agents and the warehouse. Now I am working with a supervisor who still cannot fix the issue and has not connected with me as promised.

They'll send you defective items and then refuse a refund
I bought a pair of shoes from Reebok India's official website: www dot shop4reeebok dot com just a couple of days back. One of the shoes was defective. I immediately initiated an online return request. There was no action. I then sent Reebok customer care in India an email about it; still, no response. Then I called their customer care. The guy there started making all kinds of excuses and started imposing various nonsensical conditions (image of the product, invoice, image of the box, etc.) before they could consider a return. When I told them that other online retailers no longer ask for these things and that they should arrange a return pick-up without asking for these things, the guy said it was company policy and slammed the phone down.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, will cancel orders without letting you know. I placed an order on May 12. I purchased two items using a $50 promotion code and $5.41 of my money. On May 26 I still had not received my order and contacted Reebok through Facebook chat. I was told my order got lost in transit and I was refunded $5.41. This was news to me, as I NEVER got any email from Reebok about the cancellation. Furthermore, what happened to my $50 promotion? Was this all done intentionally so they could take back their promotion? Absolutely absurd and I would not order from them again.

For some reason Reebok won't sell to…
For some reason Reebok won't sell to me. "Payment Failed". Everything about me is stable, plenty of credit available, same billing and shipping, no issues at all. The number they gave me to help verify more info goes nowhere and the lady at their regular 800 number says she can't help at all. WHY DO YOU MAKE IT SO HARD TO BUY FROM YOU? My own strip mall business is so much better than this - maybe someone will buy my business for 3.5 billion?

Stop holding onto customers money
Reebok trainers are great but the customer service is dire for online orders. It takes 14 days after receiving your goods back to process the return for a refund. And even this is only done when you kick up over it after being told it would be processed by a certain date then not. The online chat advisors are also hit and miss, some know what they are doing but some don't have a clue. They don't have an email address to make a complaint either. I would buy another pair of trainers, just not from them. I will wait for Amazon to get the ones I wanted as they believe in looking after thier customers.

Terrible experience with Reebok!
I just had a terrible experience with Reebok. Normally I order from Amazon, but I thought that I would try Reebook. Big mistake. I placed an order and received messages that the order was going to be sent out right away. I received a message that Fedex had printed the label. Six days go by, and there is no information. Tracking just produces question marks. I use the chat feature 3 times and every time get promised that someone will get back to me right away. No response. After 8 days I call and talk to someone. They have no idea why my order never shipped. There is "some problem" at the warehouse. They can't even tell me if the shoes are actually in stock. I never received communication from the company that there was any issue. Wow. I canceled the order and will never consider ordering from them again.

Management is not good
Product is not been delivered and waiting for refund of cancelled proct from more than 2 months. Executives could not solve issues. They simply say some words like apologize, sorry, wait for 1 week, appreciate your patience and at last refund is not in our hand. We are wasting our time from allmost 3 months. Really fed up. Now after i ll not order anything from reebok. There is no zero rating so given 1

Reebok Lite 3.0 men's running shoes
I ordered uk 8 size of Reebok Lite 3.0 men's running shoes vide order no 694725302 and was promptly delivered to me through Ecom express. Since the shoes did not fit me perfectly and as i could feel uncomfortable on trial, I requested for return, within one hour of receipt of shoes. The shoes were picked up by Bluedart courtier some right days back and customer care just acknowledged receiving the goods back but no request was made for bank details or of refunding the amount. I contacted their customer care unfriendly number several times from my mobile *******148 but definate reply in regard to refund was given by the staff. I paid rs 2759/ and i myself sent them bank details. It is more than 8 days and no refund was made till date. Very poor service and the customer's amounts are gulped or not refunded at all. Please don't buy from this company directly... Better purchase from Amazone who are the best customer friendly and give prompt service including timely refund within one hour after returns are picked up..
